“ A bit different for pizza. My boyfriend and I ordered from doordash to go pick it up, so we didn't dine in. The person working in front was nice and gave me more dipping sauce for no extra charge. I asked for garlic sauce, but I got more nacho cheese instead. The nacho cheese was really good though. We got the cheesestick bread and medium custom made pizza. The toppings were all correct. The medium size pizza consists of 6 pieces in total. We had enough for leftovers. The pizza didnt taste cheap either. I often feel icky after eating pizza, but Hotbox pizza didnt make me feel that way. Not too bad! I would eat here again. ”
“ I got the Large Cheese Pizza from here, and it’s delicious! I would recommend it for all pizza lovers, and if you’re a Coca Cola man or woman, you’re in luck! I’m very thankful that they have Coke Products, because all Ball State had on campus is Pepsi. The staff are very nice and cool! The only issue is that they put random tootsie rolls in the pizza box. So overall, I am very impressed by this pizza place and it’s well worth it. ”

“ Great pizza. In my last order there was a problem with the Nacho cheese sauce. A couple of them got open somehow before the delivery driver arrived. Also the pizza somehow was mostly broken up and spread around the box. Hot Box made everything right though because they sent out another pizza and more Nacho cheese sauce. ”
“ I haven't had Hot Box in years, partly due to there being no location in my hometown of Greenwood, but I moved up to Muncie in September and we just now got Hot Box pizza and I have to say thank you! I love pizza, but since I had my surgery and have restrictive dietary demands I haven't been able to eat pizza much. I got the Hippie crust, since I was told whole grain would be better and I was shocked when it still tasted really good, had a great texture and overall the whole pizza, breadsticks and all hasn't upset my stomach. It's also really cool you get a reusable cup if you get a drink to go with delivery and all of the crust seems to be vegan. I love it. Also delivery was early ! I'm a patient person and I don't ever mind waiting, but it was a really nice surprise to have pizza earlier than expected. Driver was super nice and the person that spoke to my boyfriend about their dietary friendly options yesterday when he said I was nervous to try to eat pizza again was so nice. “ Such good food but please for the love of pizza hire more people the one and only worker in the restaurant was very nice but it took over an hour to get our food which was a single large pizza and an order of breadsticks. Once again I do not blame the worker, they were great, but the restaurant was clearly horribly understaffed. ... ”
